Phase out the Epsom salts over two days, 2/3rd the quantity on the first day, ½ on the second day..
Breakfast: Muesli or oatmeal or other preferred cereals may now be introduced. Wholegrain bread can be introduced after a few days.
Raw foods can now be introduced, starting with a salad at lunchtime and then different kinds of fruit at breakfast eg. bananas, apples, mangoes, pineapples, papayas, fruits with a pip in the middle a little later.
Lunch: Portions can be increased according to appetite and brown rice substituted for white rice after a few days. Pasta and more flavoured foods can be gradually introduced.
Supper: If possible this should always be the lightest meal, with no raw food after 6pm and less protein than other meals.
Additional notes:
Epsom salts: This loosens the contents of the intestines slowly from top to bottom and enables their elimination. One of the most important effects of Epsom salts in this context is the retention of water in the intestines. This is essential for cleansing them. The goal is to produce 2-4 watery stool excretions. Too few or too many stool excretions calls for a change in procedure. The inner surface of our intestines is the size of a football field and continual cleansing is necessary especially to eliminate mobilised toxins and avoid reabsorption. This practice should be limited to just a few weeks in succession.
Base powder: On the one hand it serves to balance the acid/base content in the body and it also acts a mineral supplement.
Cleansing drops: Extracted from Gentian Root, Dandelion Root, Gold Root and Stinging Nettle, this mixture boosts the function of your Liver, Intestines and Kidneys.
Alternatives to white bread roll and milk: Gluten free white flour can be substituted for white wheat flour and where yeast is an issue yeast free rolls can be used. Yoghurt, goat’s milk or yoghurt, sheep’s milk or yoghurt, soya or rice milk or clear vegetable soup can be used as an alternative to cow’s milk.
